It is amazing to see how many Christian husbands have a hard time putting the following Bible scripture into practice; “You husbands must give honor to your wives.” 1. Peter 3:7 NLT They never tell their wives how much they love them, how beautiful they are, what a great wife and mother they are, how wonderful they cook, being interested in the wellbeing of their wives by asking them how they aredoing, or how their day went and so on. They absolutely do no effort to want to understand their wives. But when it comes to sports or work, these husbands are all talkative to others. These men are basically bankrupting their wives, and it is no wonder that many of these marriages end up in divorce. Husbands, in order to save your marriage, you have to “treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered.” 1. Peter 3:7 NLT
